Michelle has invested in the development and ongoing continuous improvement of Cleaning Melbourne since its establishment in 2008 by her husband, David Gagovski. From the very beginning she has supported David’s vision to grow an organization that ‘is the best in the business’ whilst valuing and respecting its workers.
Michelle’s experience within the company includes corporate compliance and risk management, administration, tendering, contracts, and contractual obligations. She is also responsible for the implementation and management of Cleaning Melbourne’s integrated quality systems that has led to accreditation for the company across Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental management.
